Ted, the subject about corporate mergers and whether they are good for society or not deserves more than some sensationalist article can give. In fact, this is the stuff that business school grad students will discuss in class. Harvard Business Review also has many wonderful case studies about said mergers. Yet here you are acting like a pre-teen troll accusing me of being a paid corporate shill. You are in way over your head. Better stick to Krugman or Kramer. At least they're on "your side" ...
