Q4 subs adds seem to range from 325,0000 to 350,000. Full year 1998 adds seem to range 1.1mm to 1.45mm.

As of June, about 49mm total wireless users in US, up about 27% from 1996. ARPU seems to have dropped to about $44. NXTL at $70 is just unbelieveable. Demonstrates value to users, IMHO.

Annualized industry revenue looks about $28-$29 billion. NXTL mkt share by revenue still only about 2% or so. Of the 1mm subs added in last year or so, looks like only about 15% are conversions from their analog service. The rest are either totally new users or grabbed from cellular or PCS. Market growth looks good for 1998, latest I saw was 15% forecast. IMHO, NXTL will gain lots of mkt share as well as create new users.

More later.
