Betty: Both ICO and DGN offer hundreds, if not thousands of SKUs. The success or failure of their BT sales efforts will not have a meaningful impact on their bottom line. (Quick aside: just pulled up a chart on DGN, yowser! Talk about yer good shorts. Wonder if it's worth looking at as a long. Hmmmm.) Sorry to hear about your miserable experience(s) dealing with the folks in Vienna. There are probably tens of thousands, if not hundreds of thousands, of people that have had experiences similar to yours and yet the big blue triangle is chugging along to 10 million subs (forgetting about CSRV), go figure. The marketing and retention issues are trending positively, (marketing expenditures down as a percentage of sales and customer retention up) as of last quarter anyway. drakes353
