That is a very interesting take on many issues that we discuss here.

Managements of small companies certainly can be fairly criticized and often are not close to being shareholder friendly. I've often posted suggestions that I would like to see implemented by the SEC to improve transparency from companies, in trading and in regulation.

On the other hand, self-styled "cybersleupps" often work around the clock seemingly with a sole goal of destroying venture companies. Most investors recognize that penny stocks are huge risks only suitable for those with stable stomachs. Yet, the "sleupps" tend to concentrate on rumor, innuendo and name-calling, rather than stuff that would really help like capital structure and prospects. Read any bash board and you will see posts that repeat gossippy types of stuff and then posterior slapping by others for posting the gossip and name-calling. It often seems that these "sleupps" are more motivated to attack ordinary posters merely for being excited about their speculative investment than in exposing real fraud.
