Robert, RE: "What do they know about the industry that VLSI and Dataquest don't?" I don't really know, but I suspect that VLSI and Dataquest can't afford to have an analyst assigned specifically to cover Nikon and they don't have the research and financial muscle to interest Nikon in really talking to them if they did have an analyst. RE: "I would love to hear their or anyone's explanation for the decrease '99 to '00" It may be possible that you could see the actual orders on the books and still not receive any satisfactory explanation. The trend is up, but real data has unexplained anomalies that keep its graph from being smooth and constantly increasing. Cary
