Even Honeycomb, which is a transition OS to Ice Cream 3.1, is open enough for 20+ different manufacturers to release tablets with it.

I'm not surprised at this response, Squealer. But let me just point out that "broadly licensed" doesn't mean "open," unless you think Windows is the epitome of open.
