Certainly doesn't look good from a technical perspective. AAPL has underperformed the NASDAQ over the last month, despite 95% bullish media commentary. What happens to the stock price once people realize that 2012 earnings will be lower than 2011? Despite great software, Apple will always be a hardware company. Severe margin compression is inevitable, and there's no way they can make up for it with increases in unit volume. And good luck competing with Amazon and Google (with anything above 5% margins) in cloud hosting.
