Billy was just being Billy. I am sure we are all very pleased to hear some words from Doug. But I really think you should figure out what exchange Peak trades on because it is not the Vancouver! And maybe little information has been offered because there has been nothing out of Peak for weeks now. We have heard nothing about the status of the Bulletin Board application, the fourth quarter earnings, the status of NetMagnet. I've asked countless times for information about the recent warrants and specifics about the financing with Elliot Partners and I have received nothing. This is stuff that should be shareholder knowledge. For all I know we may be in danger of not meeting their requirements for the rest of the financing deal in February, but I have never even heard what those requirements are. I would post more important info, as I said before, if it ever becomes available.

And Mr. Russell, last you told me you were a programmer FOR PEAK. A programmer which has failed to get a product out on shelves by Comdex as promised at an investor meeting just last month. Perhaps you can explain why this has only been tested so far by a handful of people. Perhaps you can explain how this can be shipping to stores when it has not even finished beta testing. Perhaps you can explain why when I walked in "Staples" office supply store today I saw "Speed Surfer" and "NetAccelerator" sitting next to eachother and when I ask about PeakJet, the clerk had no idea what I was talking about. Perhaps you can explain why last week a friend of mine was in CompUSA and they ran an announcement over the loud speaker about "Speed Surfer" yet nothing about PeakJet. Perhaps you can explain why 3 of the last 5 people I have told to try PeakJet have come back to me telling me how PeakJet crashed their system and they had to uninstall it. Maybe you should work alittle more on your programming. Where is PeakJet 2.0, where is the corporate VAR program? Why does everything at Peak take four times longer than it should and ten times longer than they tell you it will take.
