If what you say is true Mr. Miller (gain is from
stock/legal settlement), how much longer can the co. continue to show pos.eps?? When they run out of "one time"settlement fee's will we have net losses for the quarter, or perhaps by that time the co. will have started to show new revenues from reproducible continuing operations? (maybe all those new deals they have made will finally materialize)

Anyhow, still believe this co. is in better shape now than a year ago. Mr. Miller do you think this is a $8 dollar stock 18-24 mos from now based upon what the company can "potentially" do??? AS always, always appreciate your insight and others as well...

James,

I should have said that I got my information from the 10Q that MIOA filed today (I subscribe to Edgar, which is how I got it).

If you look at the 10Q, you see revenues of about $1.2MM, expenses of $1.7MM, and "Other Income" of $1.2MM, which was the one time gain from the issuance of stock.

If anyone from MIOA is following this thread, perhaps he or she could explain how they get to use the term "continuing operations".
