My guess: Strike pinning: WSTL 17.5, AMTX 15, give or take a very few.

Isn't options expiry today?

It could be due to arbs. they would have shorted WSTL and bought AMTX to play the difference, now maybe they are covering WSTL and perhaps going long on AMTX.

I think that's the way it works, I could be wrong.
