Myron, Bev and all holders of Zona: don't get too edgy waiting for an announcement. The mid-November time frame is not written in stone. Negotiations such as these are complex and subject to delays. The company is working hard to get this deal done ASAP. Whether it happens next week or the week after or beyond, does not change the huge potential of Zonagen. Some of you might remember delays while waiting for Phase III results last spring. There were some nervous moments but things turned out very well! IMHO, Zonagen management has been very upfront with the investment community all along. I believe the deal will get done on favorable terms in a timely manner. Nothing can be announced until everything is signed, and no one will get advance notice. There is a large short position and it is in the interests of these shorts to do everything they can to sow the seeds of doubt in Zona shareholders. That is precisely why they they are becoming so evident of late. They can profit before an announcement by causing a panic and covering before the deal is finalized. If they hold onto their short position, they are at far more risk than anyone who is long Zonagen. How would you like to sell a stock at 35 and have to buy it back at 50 or 60? That's what these folks may be about to find out!! Time is our friend on this one!! Good luck.
