The thinking expressed in that article is wrong in many ways. China can't do much other than work for low pay with such ideology.

Until they can intelligently discuss Libertarianism and VVV and perhaps throw in some thoughts on Jesus-style ideas of peer to peer processing versus the Roman Empire, they are just another serf-state without even the modulating influence of democratic argument.

If he wants to attract innovators, he'll have to start by getting his money out and handing it over, along with the freedom to click on Google as wanted.
