Mike W.: I've found SNDK to be responsive to e-mail. I sent investor relations an e-mail prior to the last Press Conference asking it it was being broadcast anywhere? Got a return e-mail asking if they could have my mailing address so they could send me the whole press kit. Got it fed ex shortly thereafter. As far as your explanation, sounds possible. If I get some feedback from the company, I'll pass it on. Mike G. P.S. Ever notice that as soon as we get into the mid to upper 28s in price, somebody dumps a couple of thousand shares and brings it back down - don't know if it is a momentum play or if the underwriters want to keep the secondary in the range indicated in the registration certificate (so as not to overprice the offering)
