Obama wasted time before making a decision to involve American military and did so when he was out of the country so that he did not have to explain himself to the American public, as well as the Congress.

He just stuck his finger in the air, hoping that his delay in publicly addressing his decision might make that decision more credible.

Face it. Obama has never been a leader. The fact that he is half black and a strident leftist just did not qualify him for the job he holds and which position he does not even respect.
