It would REALLY be interesting to see Paul Ryan debate with Obama! At the very least, Obama would have to cram like crazy, just to know what in the heck Ryan is talking about....<gg>

Yes, the GOP has taken the lead on budget matters. This is one more of Obama's failings. Politically speaking, it would have been smart for the Democratic Party to take the lead, but these guys are being pulled to the table instead. As it is, the GOP now owns an issue that has most thinking Americans very worried.

As for me personally, I don't care who owns the issue, I just want someone to take the lead and tackle the problem before the country goes off a fiscal cliff.
