I'll withhold judgement. In my experience, Chevy's have been decent cars. A Volt, used to commute back and forth to work will use NO gas, just like the Leaf. Yet, it's THERE when you want to travel on the weekend.

The Leaf isn't.

Again, if you want a plug-in hybrid as they are now called, consider this one - and it is indeed available world wide and certainly also in the US

True, but WTF is the point in having a gasoline powered electric only car? If you want an electric car, get one. If you want a gasoline powered car, why in hell would you buy a Volt that is highly inefficient and built by union workers in a GM plant?

Spoken like a true bean_counter...you know, the one that somehow manages to make the dumbest statement or ask the stupidest question in the meeting...?

...add redneck offensive to this one.
