Simple wolfy, economies of scale. Of course concurrently they would need a refocused manufacturing effort, as it would transform the company markedly. Resellers want more, not less, manufacturers in the fray for obvious reasons. I believe resellers will cut GTW a break to get them up and running as a major corporate provider. Many resellers are service providers as well. Many service contracts are with companies stocked with GTW computers. It doesn't look good when they want to upgrade and they are told "sorry, no go".
