WESTLAKE VILLAGE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- LTC Properties, Inc. (NYSE:LTC - News) announced today that it had declared a monthly cash dividend on its common stock for the second quarter of 2011.

The Company declared a monthly cash dividend of $0.14 per common share per month for the months of April, May and June, payable on April 29, May 31 and June 30, 2011, respectively, to stockholders of record on April 21, May 23 and June 22, 2011, respectively.

Pfizer, which recently told Wall Street it planned to slim down its business, said it would sell off capsule-maker Capsugel to the private equity group KKR for nearly $2.38 billion.

Capsugel makes a variety of gel capsules for the pharmaceutical and supplement industries. It produced more than 180 billion capsules last year, generating $750 million in revenue, according to a statement issued by Pfizer.
