Agree for the most part. i.e. - A "capable" process will have been defined long before 2000. I suspect that many further improvements will likely remain to be made in the production environment in order to get yields back up over 90%. Just guessing, I don't have the numbers.

I don't anticipate a substantial delay while these processes are improved.
