[Off Topic] Hi, Taxi... Don't mean to "shirk the work" but right now I'm up to my earlobes in commitments, work, work, work, and a 2-1/2+ year old (#1 priority who thinks diapers are just fine) that loves to conga (or do any interpretive dance that the music calls for) with a partner... Ooops, and not to mention, a husband who's wondering what the heck I'm doing now. Would love to help out but am not sure how much time is involved or how to go about doing the research (Is this all done thru the SEC site?) ... At any rate, how many hours are we talking about? Want to say "yes" but don't want to let anybody down. Later, Carol
