I think there is a lot of value in most of the SOXM stocks listed in the table you just referenced.

According to Sam's post on TXN acquiring NSM, the premium is 70 percent. But is it a premium or good value? I would say it is more good value than anything else. NSM for a long time has had a growth assessment by the analysts as 8 percent, the lowest assessment in the table. Just raise that number to 16 where many of the other stocks in the table are shown with that growth and more.

It sounds from the press release that both companies are happy with the deal, but IMO, TXN may done very well for themselves. At the moment, and for some time in the recent past, I would say the whole group is undervalued, but that was not the market's assessment today when the SOX was down again, and looks like it may be going lower yet.
