Chris: The 2.1Gig limit is not related to Windows 3.1/95/98. If I
recall it is inherent in the EIDE standard. Remember when the limit
with IDE drives was 540Meg? The new EIDE standard quadrupled the
largest possible partition size. It is a 'systemic' limit, not an
operating system limit.
