They do an excellent job of running the UN. They are the "Lilliputians" who tie down our "Gulliver."

They run lots of things, the above two countries among them.

They just do not run them well, by my standards. However, I'm sure 'well' is in the eye of the beholder and the people on top there would disagree with me on this.

No different than here, the banks are well run if the goal is to maximize a bonus.
