Hello EKS,

I have a hard time putting value on individual gold miners, so I also have about a 9% position in a combination of GDX and GDXJ. I've been holding this for about a year as a hedge. I think I will consider selling if the U.S. starts raising rates and/or if the U.S. starts making a move to trim the deficit.

Thanks,

Grant

If things get really bad, people will use their gold and silver to buy food (at any price), and you should get that bunker with automatic anti-crowd defense system, cause your portfolio of electronic bits stored at some brokerage will be worth jack-$-hit. Whether it's invested in gold miners or not.
