Went south from Kona almost to S. Point Sunday. Then went out to the bouys and trolled all the way back. Finally got a feeding frenzy at the C Bouy just after high tide but all the boats were heading back to Kona already leaving us alone. landed 2 aku and one small ahi before the fish went home as well. Got back to the harbor at 9:15. A 14 hour day shut out. Of course we spent the last 4 hours heading into quartering chop and wind which made beating all the way up the coast a fun and special time. -g- Next morning the same boat went north and had an ono and a mahi mahi within 90 minutes.
