I agree with some of what you say. There isn't so much general chatter yet. However, I'm not sure there will be.

The tech and real estate bubbles were driven more by greed and generally positive enthusiasm. The dynamic driving gold and pm's will be fear driven.

People are going to buy gold, but they are not going to be happy about it. And the people who bought it are not likely to be trumpeting their success.

i used to think so. i am not sure the recognition phase is coming anymore
i think the poor house is coming first
