First it was the notion that Congress is forcing domestic trials, now it's the excuse that Congress is making domestic trials impossible.

I don't see any inconsistency here...you need to do a little better than this drivel you are posting.

Way too many legal complications with bringing them onto American soil for domestic trials, and I haven't seen ANY proof that Eric Holder and the Justice Department knew what to expect. Nor did Obama.
