Squetch: I gave you algorithm. It is upto you to implement in whatever language you are comfortable (structured COBOL, Fortran II, FORTRAN 4, Fortran 77, PL I, PASCAL, SNOBOL, Basic, Visual_*, C, C++, Java, LISP, MC68000 assembly or 8086 assembly, and any other language you can develop/copy/extend) and have a decent compiler to compile that code. So don't blame me about your compiler problems. If you are not that much experienced in programming you can become a manager and hire a consultant to design, develop, implement and test.
