Al, it's incredulous that the Attorney General of the USA would hold himself above reproach and above criticism from the voting public and its representatives in Congress. What's incredulous is that a state Supreme Court would tell the state's voters that he intends to uphold the policies and ideology of the governor, believing that will fix his win. Fortunately, that state Supreme Court Justice looks to be going down to defeat.

What has he done that he needs to be held in reproach? He's trying to do a difficult job among the cacophony of political opinion...and people like you from the sidelines doing little more than tossing spit balls without the knowledge HE HAS. And to see you run from the argument doesn't surprise me in the least, given your habit of running away from indefensible positions. Such as why Eric Holder would do a flip-flop instead of sticking to his beliefs. I know no more than he has flipped than you do, or seem to...nor do I know anymore than he could do what he wanted to do without the support of regional folks like congressmen, senators and mayors and governors...but all of that is lost to your blind cynical criticism, as if you did know...what do think you KNOW ten?
