Kevin,

Speaking of cycling celebrities, I always wanted to ask but I have
always forgotten. If memory serves my right a Kevin Walsh finished
in the top 3 in the RAAM a few years back, is that you?
I believe he was originally from New Zealand and had a titanium
rod in his leg because of a car accident. He was also an
aeronautical engineer. I only vaguely remember because I had
some friends training for Paris-Brest-Paris around that time.
They were doing the randonneur qualifying events. I was focused
more on road racing at the time. Boy, you long distance riders
are tough and a little crazy.

I hope Lance Amstrong makes it back too. I just got the 97 Tour
video. It is great to see a competitive tour again after the
domination of the Miguel Indurian era. Jan Ullrich really needs
to learn how to decend though.

Regards

Harry
