Ted, > Damn! Why do you not see it?!

We get it, Ted. You and your fellow libtards see corporations as evil, greedy organizations whose self-interest almost always goes against the public good.

that through their negligence, a platform blew up and people died

Which if true would fall under "they where totally reckless in a way that should cause them to be considered morally liable and possibly legally and financially liable". I didn't reject that possibility, but your jump to it as 100 percent certain, rather than it just being a screwup, or one of the other companies involved being guilty of gross negligence instead.

And also if true it would be the negligence of Transocean, not of all corporations everywhere.

and all the indifference they have shown running a nuclear reacto

You haven't shown or even made an argument for any such indifference.
