This was a clear attack on the decision of our Attorney General to try KSM and his fellow defendents by a military commission in the Guantanamo "torture camp":

Why are you fearful of the trappings of our legal system? Do you allow that there may be some benefits to demonstrate to the world and, more importantly, to the arab world that our system of law can withstand this challenge and be fairer to them than they are to us?
