Kim, the market hates uncertainty. I expected a bigger spike down just before the news (momentum players on the speculation selling). IPMCF behavior is strange to say the least.

Dont Halt (Hault) it now, lets do it after the close so the shorts have no chance to cover until Monday (They will but at a much higher price) I would have liked to have seen it earlier today but if the news is as good as anticpated....no problem. Your Friend, Don Watson
