felt, look at the range, ALYD stated that they would only break-even at the upper part of the $10 to $15 million range.

If you add the 9month total reves, $4.75 million + the Q4 est of $8 million, you only get $12.75 million for FYE 1997

I don't know about you, but I don't think $12.75 is the upper range of $10 to $15 million.

There is no way that ALYD will break even in 1997

also note that the company estimated revenues to be between $6 to $8 million for Q4, and if we are using the $8 million figure, we are using the high range.

What about all the people they plan to add. One of the reasons they probably were able to keep the expenses down was because they were suffering from the "packaging" problem and probably did not add as much staff. I think it would we wise to say that once more code starts to come in, they will have to add more boddies again.
