Looks like COMS is doomed for a while. Who knows how many more shares he has to sell.

I wouldn't take the GS downgrade & GS selling on Level II that seriously (you're suggesting that this may be indicative of an earnings warning?!?). Goldman was selling AMAT like crazy at $30 and down into the 28's on Wednesday. This was when there was a technology conference by Goldman that afternoon. I suspected that Goldman may later downgrade AMAT stock based on how much they were selling it. Anyhow, AMAT closed that day in the $28's and today it was as high as $33 11/16 ending in the $32's. AMAT reports next Thursday, if they were going to warn, they should've done so by now.

These downgrades are usually meant to guide the estimates lower to a more reasonable level. COMS has done well for the last several earnings reports. I don't think they've fallen off a cliff this time around.
