Bentway, the only way you can claim not to pay any taxes is if you don't have any net income to declare. I'm sure you probably deduct everything from your car to your live-in shack as "business expenses," but if that's your only reason for incorporating, then perhaps you are the fool, not the ones who are actually making a real income.
