None of what you say about me is true. You don't have the first clue who I am and what I am doing.

Yes, you're a bureaucrat playing it very safe. And yes, when you're self employed there are risks and a downsides, and that's also true when you sell your soul to the corp. machine.

What do you think the risks/downsides of being a corp. bureaucrat are, Ten?

Ted, > That's why you will always be a bureaucrat.

No Ted, that's why I'll always be smart and responsible with my career choices.

Every successful self-employed person that I know works his or her ass off. More than I do, and for less income that isn't steady and is nowhere near as guaranteed as my "cushy" job. They have to, or else they'll end up bankrupt.

You and Bentway, on the other hand, are just looking for speculative pots of gold. You guys are flipping real estate in a time when it's riskier than ever. The big banks are conspiring to manipulate the RE market against your better interests, and all you and Bentway can do is whine about how they are ruining the economy.

I've seen people smarter, more hard working, and more responsible than you two losers try to strike out on their own, and a lot of them crash-n-burn big time. One of my friends had parents who were like that, and now he has to help them out of the debts they built up.

What makes you think you know more than they do? That's probably the dumbest mistake you'll ever make in your entire life. More than becoming a self-loathing liberal.
