I think it would wise to say that obviously they are experiencing the same problems of finding quality programmers due to the shortage that all "body-shops" are experiencing. Hence, they are hiring semi-skilled staff right out of college. I wonder how many errors they will have. If they are running into problems with packaging they are sure to have many problems when it comes to conversion phase. Looks like ALYD's process might not be as clean as people are mislead to believe.
