Craig, thanks for your help and your points on the insider window for buying and selling, and thanks for the URL.

BTW, ANCR didn't close this week above 6 1/2. Technically speaking, this stock may not be out of the downtrend as yet.

For you ANCR fans, I hope that this is just a blip on a steady march upward, and not a resumption of the trend downward.
