… What’s about to hit America is not a “shock.” It’s not an earthquake, it’s not a tsunami, it’s what Paul Ryan calls “the most predictable crisis in the history of our country.” Smart(er) money is hiding in precious metals, stocks, foreign investments.... in too many cases the driver for investing is not "greed", an expectation of profits.... but rather a simple fear that the purchasing power of the money will collapse. I am waiting to see how Bernanke will deal with a sudden bout of inflation. My guess -- he'll send his wife out to go shopping.
