my wife and her friends were poor, but you could negotiate with the doc to come down. And you don't go to jiffy lube to fix your car engine just because they are cheaper.

My wife's mother was a big wig with the state health dept. she said never go to plan parenthood for women issues, find the money to go to a real doc or don't go
