As a Blue Dog on the thread, I have to point out that Clinton advanced legislation dealing with the 'deadbeat dads' problem. I've forgotten the details, but it got easier for a woman to get enforcement across state lines and it got more common for employers to withhold child support. It also enacted a system whereby men had to mail their child support to the county clerks office where it was then forwarded to the mother. This created documentation for both parties.
