Should I assume you don't care we have a $1.6 trillion deficit and literally don't have any money for this?

Should I assume you don't care if men can move out of state and stop paying child support with impunity?

My Brother-In-Law worked for a county in California dealing with child support cases. He said most of the men he dealt with did their best to meet their obligations, and that a few women were his worst nightmare. ( Or something like that.)

I don't think it's correct to assume that men are the only deadbeats. Often it is women.
