Few men have virtue to withstand the highest bidder.youtube.com ...Saddle River properties looked overpriced to me. They really aren't getting much value for their money to live in that community. In Las Vegas when I left land was about $500K per acre. They look like they are paying about $400K acre. I own 2.5 acres in the city of Tulsa with a 2100sf home for about $250K, I'm not out in the country where land is very cheap. I've been to Beverly Hills, CA. where you would expect to see home values at that level. for $5M-$20M you would expect to have real castles like The Donalds<g> Some of those NJ homes aren't very impressive. I guess they are paying a real premium for being so close to NYC? I've seen nicer homes in Highland Park Dallas. Texas is just amazing. I know the east coast corridor is very populated and I can understand some premiums for a little elbow room. I realize every major city has concentrations of wealth, it always amazes me the amount of huge luxurious homes that dot this countries lakes, I always ask myself where do all these people get that much money. This country truly is wealthy. I can only imagine some of the homes in Washington, DC. LOL....Opulence, We Has It... We really had wealth building during the gilded age in this country before income tax...today, we have a new breed of robber barons. I wonder what I'd be doing if I had a measly extra $50M to play with?....New bass boat with a couple lake front homes?<g>...LOL, Lord Jeffrey, Esquire (American Gentry)....My dad's dad was the black sheep of the Riddle clan...My luck of the Irish<g>youtube.com en.wikipedia.org en.wikipedia.org
