My ipad shipped today - 10 days earlier than Apple said it would ship when I purchased back in march. Could mean several things... 1) Apple had very little stock when they first introduced the product which made it appear that demand was overwhelming 2) Demand truly was overwhelming and they are starting to catch up suggesting that the supply chain is mostly functioning 3) There was good demand initially, but demand is fading.. I, of course am hoping/betting on #2. Any opinions on how Apple behaves next week ?
