If you don't have heart disease, you want to take 1500mg of EPA+DHA Omega 3 a day. Double that with heart disease. So take a total that will get you that much.

I don't think krill oil is worth the money. But whatever.

The easiest way to get the D-3 you need is from D-3 capsules. NOT tabs. I suggest you take 6000IU a day and get tested.

My UltraKrill + D says:

vitamin D3 1,000 i.u.
krill oil blend 1,400 mg.
(shellfish/fish oil blend)
providing:
omega-3 fatty acids 420 mg.
EPA 210 mg.
DHA 126 mg.

Keep in mind that if you take enough UltraKrill to get 1500 total Omegas, you'll be taking 5 caps a day. That means you'll also be taking 5k of D3 in the same caps.

So if you take the UltraKrill for your Omegas, adjust any other D3 intake accordingly. For example, if you want 6k of D3 every day, and you're already taking 5 caps of UltraKrill, you only need to take an additional 1k of D3.

If you want 3000 Omegas a day, you'll have to take 10 caps of UltraKrill, but that will give you 10k of D3 a day -- which probably won't hurt you, but it might be more than you want to take every day for the rest of your life.
