Everyone over on the hype thread knows so much more about aipn than anyone else who are we to even engage in a discussion with them? Have some fun and count each instance where one of these intellectuals said that the JV is this week, or big news is coming tomorrow, or the "big picture" is only for a select few and no one else can understand. It's entertaining if nothing else. The PA that is being speculated about should be a given--and this alone ain't gonna drive the stock into a higher trading range. The oil will do that at some point if it's there in quantity. I do wonder about how serious any "supposed" ongoing discussions with a major can be without having this info up front and on the table. I'm sure there have been talks about partnerships, but without the fundamentals such as a PA with the Kasaks and solid data on the various structures, these talks probably weren't headed directly to the ink well. I think that's clear now. It will soon be two months since the trading halt and aipn's admission that talks were underway. Hmmmmm, how's another 3 months sound? Be fine with me. I can wait and see. (MP, how are those overworked synapses doing? I hope there hasn't been any irreversible binding across the cleft. But if there has been, don't worry, certain NTs are very time dependent and can be coaxed back to their little caves given the proper stimulus.) Greg
