I hadn't heard of that concept, either. I would like to think it's true, that there is actually some way to force them to balance out their checky-books. It would only be fair. Imagine if you could write checks all year, and the bank would only verify the funds at the end of the year.

Kingster, IMHO, means in my humble opinion, which is base on my dd. Do your own dd. Research the rules governing MM ( trading , margin,records, reporting ,punishment for breaking rules and how much enforcement is applied).
NOTE IMHO, we have already seen that very little will be done by the regulators or our legal system to stop the MM unetheical trading practices and dirty trick.The only thing that MM fear is having to buy your shares at a higher price with no illegal float to sell to create panic sell offs.. The investor in RMIL are controling their stock price buy calling for certs and holding , the MM shell game is over at some point they will have to balance their books,wall street can not cover up for them any longer.
