No doubt AMSC lawyers will be in court. This will probably be rolled into one suit.

Much doubt whether they'll be successful but the good thing is the truth will come out.

I suspect Sinoval sand bagged AMSC. Else there would have been more insider selling. What possible motive could they have had for hiding the truth? I don't think they had a clue what was coming.

Incompetence is not criminal and since they are elected not a liability factor in a lawsuit. It might be a factor at the next stockholder meeting though.

Of course these lawyers could be fishing. My brother in the construction business has been sued for jobs he didn't even work on.

The lawyers might be fishing for a settlement but I also doubt that. I'm sure AMSC has lawyers on retainer, they get paid whether they work or not. It's just part of doing business at that level. It doesn't cost them anything to defend themselves.
