"Not beyond the realm of possibility." FWIW...I don't think the issue is where he was born. I think the issue is that there is some other information on that birth certificate that he doesn't want exposed. Just like there is apparently a lot of other information that he doesn't want exposed and has spent a lot of money to get locked up.

Thinking about it some more .... I don't think a President should have any deep dark secrets .... if for no other reason, that it could make him subject to blackmail/extortion.

HOWEVER, there is a plausible alternative scenario, in which he was born in Kenya and eight days later it was decided that it would be the newborn's benefit to be an American citizen, and they decided to run the ads and in some way arrange for a birth certificate to be placed on file. How would they get an undocumented infant on the plane in Kenya? If this story were true, there would be a Kenyan passport somewhere which had been issued so that little infant BO could travel to Hawaii.
